Your files
- Upload only files you have the right to convert: books you wrote, books in the public domain, or books whose copyright holder allows it. You are responsible for what you upload.
- Your files and the books made from them remain yours. We keep them only to provide the service to you (see the privacy policy).
- Do not upload files that are illegal, or files made to harm the service or other people.
Fair use
Each account gets a number of free pages per month, and there are limits on file size, book length and the number of uploads. Do not try to get around them, for example with several accounts. We may block accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, free of charge. Conversion, especially of scanned books, is automatic and can contain mistakes; check the result. Keep your own copy of your files: the service may change, be unavailable or end, and we are not liable for lost files or for damages from using it, to the extent the law allows.
Open source
The software behind the site is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License 3.0: github.com/danielkoryat/pdf2epub.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
